Paid day = a check-in or an approved daily-work line. Overtime only from Osama-approved work lines (×1.25; rest day ×1.5; night ×1.5). An advance with a name on it is deducted automatically — you do not have to link it. Only an advance with no name (or for someone who is not on the payroll) shows as "not linked": open the person above and choose it in the adjustment form. An advance paid after a month was approved is carried to the next month.

This is the only place a cash salary is paid — the Cash module no longer accepts one. A loan is paid once and comes back a fixed amount from every salary until it is finished — that is what makes it different from an advance, which is taken back in full the same month.
